ACW Union Cavalrymen

Imex - ACW Union Cavalrymen
in two different poses on two black Imex horses. One very unique pose that no other maker has done. The trooper firing to his left has a cap and ball Colt pistol with a detachable shoulder stock making it into a short barelled carbine that could be fired with one hand [the other trooper signaling could work as Charlton Heston in the movie "Major Dundee"]. They are approx. 54mm or 1/32 in size in harder poly type plastic.

Two different mounted Weston Toys, Mag 7 - "South of the Border" - Bandits in Marx like powder blue color. One pointing rifle to left, the other shooting pistol to right. They are on two hard to find Weston horses [the display stands are easily removed]. They are 60mm in size, to be used against Weston's Mexican Villagers. Or can be used with Reisler Mexican Gunfighters as Mexican Revolutionaries; Army of the North [Villa], or Army of the South [Zapata].

They are on three reissue CTS/Marx 60mm Medieval war horses and one ATS/Reamsa Medieval horse. They are approx. 56mm -58 mm in size in harder styrene type plastic, can be used with Marx Captain Gallant , Conte', and Armies in Plastic North Africa Arabs and FFL.

Iron Brigade

Conte made two different eight figure sets of ACW union soldiers; one set had kepi hats and the other was the "Iron Brigade" with Hardee brim hats.Those with kepi's were released in the first two Conte "1864" playsets, the Iron Brigade is in playset three. They were also sold in add-on blister card sets. Here's four Union Iron Brigade with Hardee hats in four different poses in Marx like powder blue color. They are approx. 58mm, close to 60mm in size, can be used with Paragon and Toy Soldiers of San Diego Civil War figures.

The Cowboys

[AKA the Clanton's and McClaury's], Set # 23, Tombstone Series 2.

They met the Earps and Doc at the OK Corral... TSSD also used them as Drovers in their Gettysburg Cavalry battles playset.They are approx. 56- 58mm in size, can be used with Conte' and Paragon Western figures.

Chinese Boxers

Armies in Plastic - Boxer Rebellion, "55 Days at Peking". Chinese Boxers

in nine different poses in yellow. Two have rifles, the others have an assortment of exotic edged weapons. They can also be used as South Seas Oriental Pirates. They are approx. 54mm or 1/32 in size in harder styrene type plastic.

Zouaves

These ACW Zouaves were first made in the states by Marx/Man. They are now being made in England by Replicants.

These are in gray as Confederate soldiers. Besides the Civil War they can also be used as French Algerian troops fighting with the FFL in the North Africa Rif Wars.They are approx. 54mm or 1/32 in size.

Stalwart Defenders

Barzso originally put these figures in his Treasure Island playset as "Stalwart Defenders" of the blockhouse and stockade attacked by the pirates.
They were later sold in bagged figure sets as [Colonial] "American Militia".

Here's all eight different poses. They can be used in the French & Indian War and with Barzo/LOD Battle of Lexington and Battle of Yorktown figures [see red figure on second photo for size comparison]. They are 60mm or 1/30 in size.

Robin Hood playset character figures

These first came in their Battle of Stalingrad playset and were later sold in add-on bagged sets. They continue to be TSSD's best ever selling set of figures.
